Approach (see also Philosophy)

Lilly believes that most problems are either a learnt pattern (e.g. a phobic person might learn to avoid a situation resembling the original ‘bad’ experience), and/or the result of pressures or deficits in the person’s psychological environment (e.g. in childhood or in more recent relationships). This means that people can learn to solve problems, develop different patterns and to take charge of their life!
